As Seen on Paramount: Bar Rescue – The Fifth formerly The Fifth Amendment (Season 6 Episode 47)September 29, 2019

Scrambling to fulfill a family legacy, Brad Hepworth took over ownership of The Fifth when his father retired. With business still booming Brad was able to hire his two daughters to help with the management. After the passing of Brad’s father and his focus turning away from the bar things began to crumble. On the night of recon, Jon Taffer tried a new experiment to test the owner. Jon filled the bar with about 20 people and pulled the bartender’s out of the building one-by-one. Hoping Brad would notice but failed to do so.

After the initial stress test, it was proven that Brad was not capable of running the bar himself. After a hard conversation it was agreed that Brad was going to let his daughters, Kourtney and Paige, run the bar from then on. He wanted to sell them the bar but did not want to give them a bar of no valve. The bar was provided with an IYT0420A Indigo NXT Ice machine, a D420 ice storage bin, a K00461 external ice scoop holder to maintain sanitation, and the Arctic Pure two-step filtration system. They can now run the bar at a quality level that would make Brad’s father proud.
